Be the best
Be the best person you can be first then the rest will follow. By being the best you can be and improving yourself, then others will become attracted to you in many other different aspects . The way you present yourself, the attitude you carry, all will lead to being a better person in general and being the best you can be..

Tips for people to be comfortable with you
Here are the two tips
Your clothes
Check that your clothes are in good condition, clean with no rips or tears, and that your trousers and top do not clash wildly with each other. These things are much more important than the brand name of your jacket. After all, there's nothing attractive about a man who cannot dress himself properly.
Personal hygiene
Always shower before a meeting. By making sure that you are immaculately clean and smell pleasant, you are removing reasons for people to reject you. If a person is watching your mouth while you speak, make sure that it is because the person is concertating, and not because the person is following that piece of spinach from lunch around your jaw line. It's always worth checking your appearance in a mirror before you make your approach, to make sure that you are presenting yourself as best as possible.

Hidden Information contained in Famous Logos
Federal Express
This is probably one of the best known logos with a hidden meaning. If you look closely, you’ll see an arrow that’s formed by the letters E and x. This arrow symbolizes speed and precision, two major selling points of this company.
Amazon
This logo doesn’t seem to hide much at first sight, but it gives you a little insight in the philosophy behind the brand. First of all, the yellow swoosh looks like a smile: Amazon.com want to have the best customer satisfaction. The swoosh also connects the letters a and z, meaning that this store has everything from a to z.

Referral or Finder Fee
Question:
"As an independent consultant, I sometimes have clients that need services I can't provide, so I refer then to other consultants. Is it customary to charge referral fees for such situations? If so, what should I charge?"
Answer from experienced consultant, he said
"I have tended to not seek referral fees... though that doesn't mean you can't or shouldn't. My reasoning has been that, if I have a close colleague who I know is great for the role - and it is one I can't fulfill - then I am doing both my colleague and the prospect (or client) a favor and it doesn't take much of my time... I am building goodwill, that I find often comes back.. albeit not directly, and over a long-term time perspective... but I don't keep track.
If I were to launch a search to find the best fit for the role, I might consider a finders fee of some kind - though I would want to vet the consultant I referred in that case.
In other cases - and completely legitimate ones - I know of situations where referral fees of 5% or so are viewed as fully appropriate. Others use a sliding scale - say 5% of the first $20,000, 3% of the next $10,000 and 1.5% of any amount above that... Though those people have tended to be business development types who actively seek projects that they can refer - so the higher percentages feel more appropriate."
There are many ways, and you have to use an approach that you are comfortable with. I am sure I have left money on the table with my approach - at least in the short-term - but I hope and believe I have developed some strong long-term relationships in return.

Positive Thinking
Try to answer it before u see the answer
(It is a 99.99% challenge that u will have a wrong answer to the question asked in the passage)
Once there was loving couple traveling in a bus in a mountainous area.
They decided to get down at some place. After the couple got down at some place the bus moved on. As the bus moved on, a huge rock fell on the bus from the mountain and crushed the bus to crumbs. Everybody on board was killed.
The couple upon seeing that, said, "We wish we were on that bus" Why do u think they said that?
Answer !!!! -------------------
If they had remained on the bus instead of deciding to get down, the resulting time delay could have been avoided and the rock would have fallen after the bus had passed ..!!! Think positive in life always and look for opportunities when u can help Others......

When a lizard can, why can't we?
A friend told me a story that happened in Japan.
In order to renovate the house, someone in Japan breaks open the wall. Japanese houses normally have a hollow space between the wooden walls. When tearing down the walls, he found that there was a lizard stuck there because a nail from outside hammered into one of its feet.
He sees this, feels pity, and at the same time curious, as when he checked the nail,
it was nailed 10 years ago when the house was! first built..
What happened?
The lizard has survived in such position for 10 years!!!!!!!!!!
In a dark wall partition for 10 years without moving, it is impossible and mind-boggling. Then he wondered how this lizard survived for 10 years! without moving a single step--since its foot was nailed!
So he stopped his work and observed the lizard, what it has been doing, and what and how it has been eating. Later, not knowing from where it came, appears another lizard, with food in its mouth.
Ah! He was stunned and touched deeply.
For the lizard that was stuck by nail, another lizard has been feeding it for the past 10 years...
Imagine? it has been doing that untiringly for 10 long years, without giving up hope on its partner.
Imagine what a small creature can do that a creature blessed with a brilliant mind can't.
Please never abandon your loved ones
Never Say you are busy when they really need you ...
You may have the entire world at your feet.....
But you might be the only world to them....
A Moment of negligence might break the very heart which loves you thru all odds...
Before you say something just remember.. It takes a moment to Break but an entire life to make...
